Abstract

Building system involving use of a concrete base supporting 'U' section channels resting on damp-proof matl. Prefabricated wall and partition panels are located on the channels and joined to each other and/or to intermediate corner posts by slats which key into grooves in the butt face edges of the structural components. The slats are bonded by an adhesive coating. Prefabricated roof panels, gable ends and soffit profiles are also assembled using key slats for location. Generates an integrally bonded unit structure by assembly of prefabricated portable components.
