Abstract

1369472 Partitions A DELCROIX 18 Nov 1971 [18 Nov 1970] 53600/71 Heading E1W A pair of aligned partition panels are separated from each other by connecting members, e.g. 8 which have tenons, e.g. 6 and 7 formed by the ends of a web for location in the panels and longitudinally extending flanges perpendicular to the web, e.g. 9, 10 for locating a third panel, perpendicular to the first two and having a longitudinal strip, e.g. 17 engaged between the flanges via flexible portions, e.g. 18. Glazing may be attached to the panels by members 20, somewhat similar to members 8, as shown in Fig. 4, in which a partition/ceiling connection is also illustrated. A channel member 27 receives the tenons 6', 7' of member 20, which have roughened portions, and is itself gripped between ribs 29 of a further channel 30 secured to the ceiling.
