Abstract

The partition-wall is made up of adjacent panels (20, 10) comprising a core (4). The core consists of a double thickness of rigid insulating panels stuck together and made of mineral fibres with low volume. The core is positioned between two plaster facing panels (5) which require painting. The core is stuck to the facing panels (5) with a sodium silicate adhesive. The partition is fixed to the walls of the room by means of a frame made of three parallel-piped strips (8) made of fire-resistant material, stuck to the floor, ceiling and one wall (8) of the room. Each of the two adjacent panels (10, 20) has a groove along one vertical side of panel (10) has a bevelled tongue (9). The other vertical side of panel (20) has a triple groove fixed to the wall on which a strip has not been stuck, by means of a connection (30). The connection (30) is a piece of panel with a groove along its top corresponding to the groove in panels (10, 20) and with a triple groove.
