Abstract

The arrangement is intended to adjust the sternward support surfaces from a flat-bottomed configuration, when at low speed the boat is displacement vessel, to an inclined bottom configuration, when at high speed, the boat will plane on the water surface. The hull (1) is provided with support surfaces (2, 3) hinged to the hull at (6, 7). Keel faces (4, 5) are preferably provided, hinged to the support surfaces at (8, 9) and to each other at (10). Adjustment may be by rods (11, 12) hinged at the apex (13), thus permitting adjustment in vertical, and at the same time, in lateral direction.
