Abstract

The disclosure discloses an automatic hanging workstation for producing an aerated plate. The automatic hanging workstation includes a main body conveying module for 5 conveying a main body, the automatic hanging workstation further includes an automatic tightening module arranged at a front end of the main body conveying module and used for automatically tightening a fastener on the main body, the automatic hanging workstation further includes an automatic hanging module arranged at a rear end of the main body conveying module and used for automatically hanging a 10 mesh piece on the fastener connected to the main body. The workstation adopts a fully automatic hanging workstation to replace most of workers. AUTOMATIC HANGING WORKSTATION FOR PRODUCING AERATED PLATE TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present disclosure belongs to the field of aerated plate production equipment, and specifically relates to an automatic hanging workstation for producing an aerated plate.
BACKGROUND ART
[0002] An aerated plate is a kind of building material. It is a lightweight porous building material that uses a metal mesh piece as an internal structure, and the exterior of the aerated plate is molded by aerating concrete. An aerated reinforced concrete plate is also referred to as aerated plate, the density of which is less than that of a cement board. The aerated reinforced concrete plate has good fire resistance, sound insulation, heat insulation, and thermal insulation properties. In the production process of the aerated plate, a plastic fastener is first fastened on a chisel of a saddle, and a metal mesh piece is then hung on the fastener. The saddle with the mesh piece is put into a mold box, and aerated concrete is poured into the mold box for molding, thus obtaining the aerated plate.
[0003] In the production process of the aerated plate, the mesh piece is an important part, which bears the strength of the plate. According to different plate specifications, auxiliary materials (the plastic fastener and the mesh piece) required for hanging will change in different ways. Due to a large variety of materials and frequent replacements, manual fastening and manual hanging methods are used by manufacturers at home and abroad now use. In the existing solution, a full-manual working method is adopted in a hanging area, which is divided into 2-3 shifts per day, with 10-14 people in each shift. The overall cost is high; the stability is poor; the labor intensity is high; workers in this type of work are severely aging; and the efficiency is low.

A conveying part of the "main body" is formed into a main body conveying module. Various realizable manners can be adopted for conveying of the main body. The main body is mainly conveyed through the main body conveying module including a power source and a conveying component, for example, including all realizable conveying manners: chain conveying, pulley conveying, pneumatic conveying, belt conveying, and triangular belt conveying.
