fourth, the forklift 2 acts to transfer the material rack trolley 7 filled with the aluminum plates 82 to the working area of the lower bracket machine 3;
and fifthly, the lower supporting machine 3 acts, the supporting plate 363 stretches out to drag the lower aluminum plate 82 through the stretching-out air cylinder 361, the six-axis robot 34 drives the robot clamp 35 to grab the upper aluminum plate 82 into the curing furnace, and the driving assembly 33 drives the lifting table 36 to slide upwards for one layer every time one layer is grabbed, until all aluminum plates in the material rest vehicle are transferred, and the stacked aluminum plates 82 in the material rest vehicle 7 are sequentially placed into the curing furnace for curing.
In summary, by means of the above technical scheme of the invention, the magnetic materials are conveyed to the blank arranging mechanism 5 through the magnetic belt 4, the magnetic materials are arranged on the aluminum plate 82 through the blank arranging mechanism 5, the aluminum plate 82 is stacked through the material handling trolley 7, the stacked material handling trolley 7 is transported to the working area of the lower supporting machine 3 through the forklift 2, the aluminum plate 82 fully filled with the magnetic materials is sequentially placed into the curing oven for operation through the six-axis robot 34, the degree of automation is high, the manual use amount is small, more than 20 presses can be considered by one person, the human hands do not contact products in the whole process, and the quality consistency is greatly improved.
