Abstract
The present disclosure discloses self—propelled field mud—fetching and rice seedling—raising multifunctional operating equipment, which comprises a stander, wherein a control room and power device is arranged on the stander, a crawler walking device is arranged 5 at the bottom of the stander, a packing auger mud—fetching device is arranged at the front end of the stander, a soil—crushing and slurry—mixing device is arranged at the bottom of a mud outlet of the packing auger mud—fetching device. The multifunctional operating eguipment integrates field, mud fetching, slurry lO filtering, synchronous plate wobbling, film lamination, seed distribution and bionic ditching functions, so that workers are substantially reduced, the seedling—raising cost is lowered, the working efficiency is improved, the high and stable yields of rice are realized, and a rice production manner that 'workers faced the 15 earth with backs towards the sky and bent down and stooped during seedling rising in thousands of years' is changed. Description
SELF-PROPELLED FIELD MUD-FETCHING AND RICE SEEDLING-RAISING
MULTIFUNCTIONAL OPERATING EQUIPMENT
The present disclosure relates to the technical field of ag- ricultural machinery, in particular to self-propelled field mud- fetching and rice seedling-raising multifunctional operating equipment.
Rice is one of the most important grain crops of human, be- longing to a typical multiple cropping system crop, and stubbles are tight. Rice-seedling transplantation is capable of relieving stubble pressure, thereby achieving high and stable yields. By utilizing field slurry seedling raising, mud is fetched in the field, soil layers are neat, and the safety is high. At present, a traditional manual field mud-fetching and slurry-mixing seedling- raising operation is low in efficiency and high in labor intensi- ty; a field self-propelled mechanical seedling-raising device has the problems of difficulty in soil replacement and high cost be- cause nutrient soil needs to be prepared; factory seedling raising is high in investment and technical requirements, and the nutrient soil needs to be prepared, so that the yield and economic benefit of the rice are influenced. Agricultural production is gradually developing towards automation and mechanization, therefore, self- propelled field mud-fetching and rice seedling-raising multifunc- tional operating equipment integrating field mud fetching, slurry filtering, plate wobbling sowing and rice field ditching functions needs to be developed.
The technical problem to be solved by the present disclosure is that aiming at defects that workers are more, the cost is high, efficiency is low, nutrient soil needs to be prepared during seed- ling raising, and integration of synchronous wobbling and sowing of seedling plates cannot be realized in the prior art, the pre- sent disclosure provides the self-propelled field mud-fetching and rice seedling-raising multifunctional operating equipment inte- grating field mud fetching, slurry filtering, synchronous plate wobbling, film lamination, seed distribution and bionic ditching functions, so that workers are substantially reduced, the seed- ling-raising cost is lowered, the working efficiency is improved, the high and stable yields of rice are realized, and a rice pro- duction manner that 'workers faced the earth with backs towards the sky and bent down and stooped during seedling rising in thou- sands of years' is changed.
In order to fulfill the above objective of the present dis- closure, the present disclosure provides the following technical solution: the invention provides the self-propelled field mud- fetching and rice seedling-raising multifunctional operating equipment, which comprises a stander, wherein a control room and power device is arranged on the stander, a crawler walking device is arranged at the bottom of the stander, a packing auger mud- fetching device is arranged at the front end of the stander, a soil-crushing and slurry-mixing device is arranged at the bottom of a mud outlet of the packing auger mud-fetching device, a syn- chronous plate-wobbling device is arranged at the bottom of the soil-crushing and slurry-mixing device, a slurry scraping-leveling device is arranged at a seedling disc outlet of the synchronous plate-wobbling device, a film-laminating and seed-distributing de- vice is arranged at the tail end of the slurry scraping-leveling device, and a bionic ditching device is arranged under the film- laminating and seed-distributing device.
Preferably, the packing auger mud-fetching device comprises a hydraulic oil cylinder, a spiral packing auger and a chain scrap- ing plate, wherein a cylinder seat of the hydraulic oil cylinder is fixed on the stander, and a telescopic end of the hydraulic oil cylinder is fixed with an outside cover body of the chain scraping plate; the spiral packing auger is located at the bottom of the chain scraping plate; and the working height of the spiral packing auger is controlled through the hydraulic oil cylinder, a hydrau- lic motor drives the spiral packing auger and the chain scraping plate, and slurry is sucked into the spiral packing auger and is then conveyed to the soil-crushing and slurry-mixing device through the chain scraping plate.
Preferably, the soil-crushing and slurry-mixing device com- prises a crushing cavity and a crushing knife assembly, slurry is conveyed into the crushing cavity through the chain scraping plate, and the crushing knife assembly located in the crushing cavity is used for rapidly crushing field slurry, straws and weeds.
Preferably, an impurity separating device is arranged at the bottom of the soil-crushing and slurry-mixing device and comprises a pushing packing auger and a filtering net, after slurry and im- purity mixtures crushed by the soil-crushing and slurry-mixing de- vice enter the impurity separating device, impurities in the slur- ry are separated by the rotating filtering net, the separated im- purities are pushed out of the impurity separating device by the pushing packing auger, slurry with a uniform texture flows into a seedling plate located at the tail end of a seedling plate convey- ing belt of the synchronous plate-wobbling device through the fil- tering net.
Preferably, the synchronous plate-wobbling device comprises a slurry conveying channel, a seedling plate conveying belt and a
Doppler radar speed sensor, wherein the seedling plate conveying belt is arranged below the slurry conveying channel, the Doppler radar speed sensor is used for measuring an actual advancing speed of the self-propelled field mud-fetching and rice seedling-raising multifunctional operating equipment; and a conveying speed of the seedling plate conveying belt is adjusted by adopting a hydraulic motor according to the actual advancing speed, so as to ensure that a falling speed of a seedling plate on the seedling plate conveying belt can be automatically adapted to the advancing speed of the equipment.
Preferably, the slurry scraping-leveling device adopts a rub- ber scraping plate which is used for scraping and leveling the slurry in the seedling plate.
Preferably, the film-laminating and seed-distributing device comprises suppression wheels and a film-laminating roller mounted on the bracket, wherein the film-laminating roller is used for covering the seedling plate, which is fully paved with slurry,
with a degradable film uniformly adhered with rice seeds, and the suppression wheels are used for compacting the film.
Preferably, the bionic ditching device comprises a bionic ditcher which is used for ditching two sides of the seedling plate, and ditched parts are used for irrigation and drainage.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
According to the equipment, mud is fetched on site by adopt- ing the spiral packing auger of the packing auger mud-fetching de- vice, so that the labor and the time are saved, links such as bed soil collection and mud sunning are omitted, and the equipment has important significances to increase of rice yield and realizing of light, simple and efficient cultivation of rice.
According to the equipment, crushing blades and a knife seat of the crushing knife assembly in the soil-crushing and slurry- mixing device are arrayed in a spiral line manner, and the blades are uniform in track, simple in structure and uniform to stress and are capable of rapidly crushing field soil blocks, straws and weeds so as to realize field returning, so that environment- friendly seedling raising and high and stable yields of the rice are realized.
According to the equipment, a packing auger and a filtering net of an impurity sorting device rotate coaxially, clockwise and counterclockwise at different speeds, so that the impurity removal rate and separation efficiency of seedling-raising slurry in the field are improved.
According to the equipment, a synchronous plate-wobbling de- vice is provided with a Doppler radar speed sensor, an actual ad- vancing speed of seedling-raising equipment can be measured in re- al time, and a conveying speed of the seedling plate is adjusted by electromagnetically controlling a hydraulic motor, so that pre- cise plate placement is realized, and a foundation is laid for subsequent seed distribution, management and plate rising.
According to the equipment, a film-laminating and seed- distributing device is used for distributing seeds by adopting a degradable paper film uniformly adhered with rice seeds.
According to the equipment, the integrated bionic ditching device comprises the bionic ditcher in a carp-imitating structure, wherein the bionic ditcher is used for ditching two sides of the seedling plate so as to realize irrigation and drainage, thereby guaranteeing good growth of seedlings. 5 BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

The following will clearly and completely describe the tech- nical schemes in the embodiments of the invention with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the invention, and apparent- ly the described embodiments are merely part of rather than all embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments which are ob- tained based on the embodiments of the invention by a person of ordinary skill in the art without creative labour should fall within the protection scope of the invention.
The present disclosure aims at providing the self-propelled field mud-fetching and rice seedling-raising multifunctional oper- ating equipment so as to solve problems existing in the prior art, and the self-propelled field mud-fetching and rice seedling- raising multifunctional operating equipment integrates field mud fetching, slurry filtering, synchronous plate wobbling, film lami- nation, seed distribution and bionic ditching functions, so that workers are substantially reduced, the seedling-raising cost is lowered, the working efficiency is improved, and the high and sta- ble yields of rice are realized.
To make the objects, features and advantages of the invention more apparent and easier to understand, the invention will be fur- ther described in detail with reference to drawings and specific embodiments.
Fig. 1 to Fig. 3 show that, an embodiment provides the self- propelled field mud-fetching and rice seedling-raising multifunc- tional operating equipment which comprises a stander 2, wherein a control room and power device 1 is arranged on the stander 2; a crawler walking device 3 is arranged under the stander 2; a pack- ing auger mud-fetching device 4 is arranged at the front end of the stander 2, a hydraulic oil cylinder da is arranged on the packing auger mud-fetching device 4, a spiral packing auger 4b is arranged at the front end of the packing auger mud-fetching device 4, and a chain scraping plate 4c is arranged at the tail end of the spiral packing auger 4b; a soil-crushing and slurry-mixing de- vice 5 is arranged at the rear end of the chain scraping plate and comprises a crushing cavity 5a and a crushing knife assembly 5b; an impurity separating device 6 is arranged below the crushing cavity 5a and is internally provided with a pushing packing auger 6a and a filtering net 6b; a synchronous plate-wobbling device 7 is arranged below the filtering net 6b and is internally provided with a slurry conveying channel 7a, a seedling plate conveying belt 7b is arranged below the slurry conveying channel 7a, and a
Doppler radar speed sensor 7c is arranged at the upper part of the synchronous plate-wobbling device 7; a rubber scraping plate 8 is arranged at the tail end of the seedling plate conveying belt 7b; and a film-laminating and seed-distributing device 9 is arranged at the rear part of the rubber scraping plate 8, a film-laminating roller is arranged above the film-laminating and seed-distributing device 9, suppression wheels 9c are arranged at the lower part of the film-laminating and seed-distributing device 9, and a bionic ditcher 10 is arranged at the front parts of the suppression wheels Sc.
Specifically, a cylinder seat of the hydraulic oil cylinder 4a is fixed on the stander 1, and a telescopic end of the hydrau- lic oil cylinder 4a is fixed with an outside cover body of the chain scraping plate c; the spiral packing auger 4b is located at the bottom of the chain scraping plate 4c; and the working height of the spiral packing auger 4b is controlled through the hydraulic 0il cylinder 4a, a hydraulic motor drives the spiral packing auger 4b and the chain scraping plate 4c, and slurry is sucked into the spiral packing auger 4b and is then conveyed to the soil-crushing and slurry-mixing device 5 through the chain scraping plate 4c.
Mud is fetched on site by adopting the spiral packing auger 4b of the packing auger mud-fetching device 4, so that the labor and the time are saved, links such as bed soil collection and mud sunning are omitted, and important significances to increase of rice yield and realizing of light, simple and efficient cultivation of rice are realized.
In the embodiment, the soil-crushing and slurry-mixing device 5 comprises a crushing cavity 5a and a crushing knife assembly 5b, slurry is conveyed into the crushing cavity 5a through a chain scraping plate 4c, and a crushing knife assembly 5b located in the crushing cavity 5a is used for rapidly crushing slurry, straws and weeds in the field. Crushing blades and a knife seat of the crush- ing knife assembly 5b in the soil-crushing and slurry-mixing de- vice 5 are arrayed in a spiral line manner, and the blades are uniform in track, simple in structure and uniform to stress and are capable of rapidly crushing field soil blocks, straws and weeds so as to realize field returning, so that environment- friendly seedling raising and high and stable yields of the rice are realized.
Further, an impurity separating device 6 is arranged at the bottom of the soil-crushing and slurry-mixing device 5 and com- prises a pushing packing auger 6a and a filtering net 6b, after slurry and impurity mixtures crushed by the soil-crushing and slurry-mixing device 5 enter the impurity separating device 6, im- purities in the slurry are separated by the rotating filtering net 6b, the separated impurities are pushed out of the impurity sepa-
rating device 6 by the pushing packing auger 6a, slurry with a uniform texture flows into a seedling plate located at the tail end of a seedling plate conveying belt 7b of the synchronous plate-wobbling device 7 through the filtering net 6b. A packing auger 6a and a filtering net 6b of an impurity sorting device 6 rotate coaxially, clockwise and counterclockwise at different speeds, so that the impurity removal rate and separation efficien- cy of seedling-raising slurry in the field are improved.
The synchronous plate-wobbling device 7 comprises a slurry conveying channel 7a, a seedling plate conveying belt 7b and a
Doppler radar speed sensor 7c, wherein the Doppler radar speed sensor 7c is used for measuring an actual advancing speed of the self-propelled field mud-fetching and rice seedling-raising multi- functional operating equipment; and a conveying speed of the seed- ling plate conveying belt 7b is adjusted by adopting a hydraulic motor according to the actual advancing speed, so as to ensure that a falling speed of a seedling plate on the seedling plate conveying belt 7b can be automatically adapted to the advancing speed of the equipment. The slurry scraping-leveling device adopts a rubber scraping plate 8 which is used for scraping and leveling the slurry in the seedling plate. The synchronous plate-wobbling device 7 is provided with the Doppler radar speed sensor 7c, an actual advancing speed of seedling-raising equipment can be meas- ured in real time, and a conveying speed of the seedling plate conveying belt 7b is adjusted by electromagnetically controlling a hydraulic motor, so that precise placement of the seedling plate is realized, and a foundation is laid for subsequent seed distri- bution, management and plate rising.
Furthermore, a film-laminating and seed-distributing device 9 comprises suppression wheels 9c and a film-laminating roller Sa mounted on the bracket 9b, wherein the film-laminating roller 9a is used for covering the seedling plate, which is fully paved with slurry, with a degradable film uniformly adhered with rice seeds, and the suppression wheels 9c are used for compacting the film.
The bionic ditching device 10 comprises a bionic ditcher which is used for ditching two sides of the seedling plate, and ditched parts are used for irrigation and drainage.
