Samengestelde band voor opname in een tunnel van een kledingstuk
De onderhavige uitvinding heeft betrekking op een samengestelde band voor opname in een tunnel van een kledingstuk, omvattende een elastische band, die in de langsrichting rekbaar is, en een trekkoord, dat zich 5 in de richting van de band uitstrekt, welk trekkoord een lengte heeft groter dan de lengte van de band in de niet-gerekte toestand.
Een dergelijke samengestelde band is bekend uit het Amerikaanse octrooischrift 3.887.968. Daarb| is de elastische band gevormd uit twee elastische stroken b.v. van rubber, die zijn opgenomen tussen en onderling verbonden door twee non-woven lagen. Deze twee elastische stroken liggen op afstand naast 10 elkaar en in de tussenruimte is het trekkoord aangebracht. Om het trekkoord aan te kunnen grijpen zijn openingen in de non-woven laag aangebracht.
Dit beperkt enerzijds de toegankelijkheid van het trekkoord terwijl bovendien de opbouw van een dergelijke samengestelde band verhoudingsgewijs gecompliceerd is en daardoor moeilijk te vervaardigen.
Het is het doel van de ondeihavige uitvinding deze nadelen te vermijden.
15 Dit doel wordt bij een hierboven beschreven samengestelde band verwezenlijkt doordat de elastische band 10,25, 31 gevormd is door weven, breien of dergelijke van draadmateriaal, waarbij elastische draden 18, 27, 33 in de langsrichting zijn georiënteerd, en waarbij het trekkoord 12, 28, 34 tijdens het weven, breien of dergelijke in de elastische band 10, 25, 31 is geïntegreerd.
Het trekkoord is thans op alle plaatsen van de samengestelde band aangrijpbaar. Bovendien is deze 20 band bijzonder eenvoudig te veivaardigen.
Opgemerkt wordt dat het als zodanig bekend is een trekkoord door weven in een weefsel op te nemen. Dit wordt bijvoorbeeld beschreven in het Amerikaanse octrooischrift 2.551.044. Dit weefsel heeft echter niet de elastische eigenschappen zoals van onderhavige samengestelde band.
25 De uitvinding zal hieronder nader aan de hand van in de tekening getoonde uitvoeringsvoorbeelden verduidelijkt worden. Daarbij toont: figuur 1 een kledingartikel, gedeeltelijk opengesneden, waarbij gebruik gemaakt wordt van een elastische band met een daarin geweven trekkoord; figuur 2 een elastische band met een daarin geweven trekkoord; 30 figuur 3 een gedeeltelijke dwarsdoorsnede, vergroot, volgens de lijn Ill-Ill van de elastische band in figuur 2; figuur 4 een vergroot aanzicht van een trekkoord dat een van de scheringdraden vormt van de elastische band; figuur 5 een gebreide elastische band met een daarin ingebed trekkoord; 35 figuur 6 een gevlochten elastische band met een daarin geweven trekkoord.
Een korte broek 9 in figuur 1 bevat de elastische band, waardoor hij vastgehouden wordt rond het middel van de drager. De korte broek 9 bevat ook het trekkoord 12 waarmee hij strak kan worden aangetrokken.
Zoals gewoonlijk ligt de band in de nabijheid van de omtrek 13 van de opening 14 van het middel van de 40 broek. De laag 15 van het omgevouwen materiaal van de korte broek 9 vormt een tunnel 16 voor de elastische band 10 met zijn koord 12.
De elastische band 10, afgebeeld in figuur 2, bevat het geweven elastische weefsel 11. Het trekkoord 12 is ingebed in de band 10. Het extra stuk koord 12 vormt de lus 17. De drager kan de broek 9 strak om zich heen trekken door aan de lus 17 te trekken en deze vervolgens vast te knopen.
45 Zoals te zien is in de figuren 3 en 4 wordt de geweven elastische band 10 gevormd door de schering 18 in de inslag 19 te weven. Het trekkoord 12 kan ofwel een van de scheringdraden 18 vormen, danwel in de elastische band 10 genaaid worden aanvullend op de scheringdraden. Aangezien de band 10 rekbaar is in langsrichting, moeten de scheringdraden 18 ook een elastische samenstelling bezitten. De inslagdraad 19 kan ook elastisch zijn, waardoor de band 10 in dwarsrichting zou kunnen rekken. Het meeste geweven 50 elastiek echter behoeft slechts op de vorige wijze te rekken.
Het trekkoord 12 zelf kan een willekeurige structuur bezitten. In de figuren wordt voorgesteld dat het koord 12 een structuur bezit die afgeleid is van de gevlochten draden 21. Bijna elke soort trekkoord, dat gebruikt wordt, zal echter goed zijn voor de band 10. Het koord 12 kan enigszins elastische eigenschappen bezitten, of in het geheel niet elastisch zijn. Indien het koord 12 elastisch is, moet het over het algemeen 55 minder elastisch zijn dan het weefsel 11. Wanneer dienovereenkomstig de drager de lus 17 aantrekt en een knoop daarin legt, zal het kledingstuk op betrouwbare wijze worden vastgehouden.
