Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a un metodo de manufactura de neumatico que incluye un metodo para optimizar la uniformidad de un neumatico reduciendo la variacion de fuerza radial despues del curado. El vector de variacion de fuerza radial despues del curado se modela como una suma de vectores de cada uno de los vectores que representan las contribuciones que surgen de las etapas de construccion del neumatico - el "vector de efecto de camara de neumatico" y un vector que representa las contribuciones de RFV que surgen de las etapas de medicion de vulcanizacion y uniformidad - el "vector de efecto de camara de curado". Con detalle adicional, tanto los vectores de efecto de camara de neumatico como camara de curado se pueden descomponer adicionalmente en sub-vectores que representan cada contribucion de variacion de fuerza radial para la cual un indicador medible esta disponible. Para una serie de neumaticos, el metodo obtiene tales mediciones como el descentramiento radial antes del curado (RRO) en una o mas etapas de la secuencia de construccion, mediciones de angulos de carga en el equipo de construccion de neumaticos, y mediciones hechas durante el proceso de vulcanizacion.
