Abstract

Se describe un sistema de adhesivos sin lixiviacion y su uso en un objetivo de inmersion liquidos para la escritura por inmersion de patrones para discos opticos. El sistema adhesivo comprende por lo menos un monomero seleccionado de entre el grupo de monomeros de acrilato y metacrilato, monomeros alilicos, monomeros de norborneno, monomeros hibridos de los mismos, que contienen grupos polimerizables quimicamente diferentes y monomeros de tiol multifuncionales, a condicion de que el tiol sea usado en combinacion con por lo menos uno de los monomeros sin tiol y un iniciador de polimerizacion. Por lo menos uno de los monomeros, que no es un tiol, es provisto con por lo menos dos grupos polimerizables funcionales para obtener una red de polimero reticulada. El iniciador de polimerizacion es preferiblemente un iniciador que puede ser activado tanto termicamente como con radiacion UV. El sistema adhesivo puede contener ademas un diluyente reactivo. Ademas, se revela el uso del presente sistema adhesivo en el montaje de un objetivo de inmersion liquido.
