Abstract
La invencion se refiere a un fermentador de estado solido para el cultivo de microorganismos sobre substancias solidas, en particular para volumenes grandes, El campo de aplicacion de la invencion es la industria microbiologica. El fermentador de estado solido de la invencion comprende uno o varios niveles de fermentador permeables al aire y al agua, dispuestos uno encima de otro y unidos a las paredes del contenedor de tal manera que ni el aire ni el agua pueden pasar de largo lateralmente, con un substrato de cultivo para el cultivo de microorganismos dispuesto sobre los niveles de fermentador, y esta caracterizado porque - el material del fermentador se refrigera por medio de lanzas refrigeradoras (3) que se elevan verticalmente desde la base del fermentador atravesando los niveles de fermentador (4) y porque - hay provista una junta (6) entre niveles del fermentador (4) que presiona contra la pared interior del fermentador por defecto del peso del nivel (4) respectivo situado encima de la misma.
