Abstract
Buluş katı substratlar üzerinde özellikle büyük hacimlerde mikro organizmalar kültivasyonu için bir katı hal fermente cihazı ile ilgilidir. Buluşun uygulama alanı mikrobiyoloji endüstrisidir. Buluşa göre katı hal fermente cihazı, birbiri üzerinde düzenlenmiş ve kabın duvarları ile birleştirilmiş bir ya da daha fazla fermente seviyesi içerir, öyle ki hava ya da su yanal olarak geçemez, mikro organizmaların kültive edilmesi için fermente cihazı seviyelerinde bir kültür substratı bulunmaktadır, burada fermente cihazı malzemesinin soğutulması, fermente cihazı tabanından yükselen ve fermente seviyeleri (4) yoluyla uzanan soğutma mızraklanyla gerçekleştirilir ve fermente cihazı seviyeleri (4)arasına bir conta (6) monte edilmiştir, conta, üzerindeki seviyenin (4) kütlesi yoluyla fermente cihazının iç duvarına bastırılır.
