Abstract

Invenţia se referă la biotehnologie, în particular la un mediu pentru cultivarea submersă a tulpinii de micromicete Rhizopus arrhizus, care poate fi utilizată în industria microbiologică pentru obţinerea enzimelor lipolitice.Mediul nutritiv pentru cultivarea submersă a tulpinii de micromicete Rhizopus arrhizus F 67 CNMN FD 03 conţine făină de soia, (NH4)2SO4, KH2PO4, compusul coordinativ CuGly2·H2O şi apă potabilă, având pH-ul iniţial 7,0, ingredientele fiind luate în următorul raport cantitativ, în g/L:Rezultatul invenţiei constă în sporirea biosintezei enzimelor lipolitice.
