Abstract

Invenţia se referă la biotehnologie, în special la cultivarea submersă a tulpinii de fungi Aspergillus niger 33-19 CNMN FD 02 şi poate fi utilizată în industria microbiologică pentru obţinerea enzimelor amilolitice.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include creşterea culturii de fungi pe malţ-agar timp de 14 zile, pregătirea suspensiei de spori prin spălarea culturii de fungi cu apă distilată, tratarea suspensiei de spori cu unde de intensitate joasă cu lungimea de λ=7,1 mm, emise în regim continuu, timp de 15 min, introducerea suspensiei de spori în cantitate de 10% vol. într-un mediu nutritiv steril care conţine, g/L: făină de fasole - 9,0; tărâţe de grâu - 18,0; MgSO4 - 0,5; KH2PO4 - 2,0; KCl - 0,5; apă potabilă până la 1 L cu pH-ul mediului 3,0, cultivarea submersă în baloane Erlenmayer în condiţii de agitare la temperatura de 28…30°C, timp de 144 ore.Rezultatul constă în majorarea conţinutului de enzime amilolitice şi în micşorarea duratei de cultivare.
