Abstract

The invention refers to biotechnology, particularly to deep cultivation of Aspergillus niger 33-19 CNMN FD 02 fungus strain and can be used in microbiological industry for obtaining amylolytic enzymes.The process, according to the invention, includes growing of the fungus culture on agar beer wort during 14 days, preparation of the spore suspension by washing the fungus culture with distilled water, treatment of the spore suspension with low-intensity waves with a length of λ=7,1 mm, emitted in continuous regime, during 15 min, introduction of the spore suspension in a quantity of 10 vol. % into a sterile nutrient medium containing, g/L: bean flour - 9.0; wheat bran - 18.0; MgSO4 - 0.5; KH-2-PO-4 - 2.0; KCl - 0.5; potable water up to 1 L with the medium pH 3.0, deep cultivation in Erlenmayer flasks in conditions of agitation at the temperature of 28…30°C, during 144 hours.The result consists in increasing the content of amylolytic enzymes and in reducing the duration of cultivation.
