Abstract

The invention refers to biotechnology, in particular to a process for submerged cultivation of Penicillium viride CNMN FD 04 P fungi strain and may be used in the microbiological industry for obtaining pectolitic enzymes.The process for submerged cultivation of Penicillium viride CNMN FD 04 P fungi strain (variant 1) includes preparation of the spore suspension, inoculation thereof onto a nutrient medium, treatment of the fungus culture in 24 hours of cultivation during 15…20 min with low-intensity waves with λ 5,6 mm, emitted in periodic regime. The cultivation is carried out at the temperature of 28…30°C during 96 hours.The process for submerged cultivation of Penicillium viride CNMN FD 04 P fungi strain (variant 2) includes preparation of the spore suspension, inoculation thereof onto a nutrient medium, treatment during 15…20 min of the spore suspension before inoculation and of the fungus culture in 24 hours of cultivation with low-intensity waves with λ 5,6 mm, emitted in periodic regime. The cultivation is carried out at the temperature of 28…30°C during 96 hours.The result of the invention consists in increasing the biosynthesis of the pectolitic enzymes.
