The invention refers to biotechnology, in particular to a medium for deep cultivation of Rhizopus arrhizus micromycetes strain, which may be used in the microbiological industry for lipolytic enzyme obtaining.The nutrient medium for deep cultivation of Rhizopus arrhizus F 67 CNMN FD 03 micromycetes strain contains soya meal, (NH4)2SO4, KH2PO4, the coordinative compound CuGly2·H2O and potable water, having the initial pH 7,0, the ingredients being taken in the following quantitative ratio, in g/L:The result of the invention consists in increasing the biosynthesis of the lipolytic enzymes.
