Abstract

La invencion se refiere a un dispositivo de filtro retrolavable para material sintetico termoplastico presenta una carcasa (1) en la que estan previstos al menos un canal de alimentacion (2) para el material a filtrar y al menos un canal de descarga (3) para el material filtrado. En la carcasa dispuesta al menos una mitad portante (4), la cual aloja al menos dos cavidades de tamizado (8, 9) y puede desplazarse dentro de la carcasa (1) entre una posicion de filtrado y al menos una posicion de retrolavado. En la posicion de filtrado, estan dispuestas camaras de distribucion (14, 15) en el lado de afluencia de las cavidades de tamizado (8, 9), conectadas en flujo con al menos un canal de alimentacion (2), y unas camaras colectoras estan dispuestas en el lado de salida de flujo de las cavidades de tamizado (8, 9), conectadas en flujo con al menos un canal de descarga (3). Estando la unidad portante (4) en la posicion de retrolavado, el material filtrado llega de la camara colectora (16, 17) de una cavidad de tamizado (8, 9) a la camara colectora (16, 17) de otra cavidad de tamizado a limpiar a traves de un canal de retrolavado (23) situado en la unidad portante (4). Estando cerrado el canal de salida de flujo de esta otra cavidad de tamizado (8, 9), este material filtrado se descarga junto con las impurezas de la cavidad del tamizado retrolavada a un canal de salida de retrolavado (38) a traves de la camara de distribucion. Cada cavidad de tamizado (8, 9) tiene asignada al menos una unidad de mando (31) desplazable respecto a la unidad portante (4) dentro de la carcasa (1) para el retrolavado segmento a segmento de esta cavidad de tamizado (8, 9). Cada unidad de mando (31) forma un canal de evacuacion (36), el cual esta conectado en flujo en la posicion de retrolavado con al menos un canal de salida de retrolavado (38) a traves de al menos un orificio de mando (37).
