Abstract

La invencion se refiere a un metodo y aparato para flexionar y templar o fortalecer con calor un panel de vidrio doblado de manera bidireccional. Un panel de vidrio calentado se dobla en una direccion de flexion principal paralela a la direccion de avance y en una direccion de hundimiento transversalmente hacia la direccion de avance. La curva en la direccion de hundimiento se lleva a cabo curvando rodillos transportadores (4), la flexion de los cuales se realiza haciendo girar elementos de palanca (7) montados en cojinete para rotacion libre en los extremos de los rodillos transportadores. Entre los extremos externos de los elementos de palanca (7) esta una barra de empuje (8), cuya longitud es rapidamente variable por medio de un accionador (9).
