Abstract

Se describen composiciones farmaceuticas que contienen compuestos organicos o sus sales que sirven como moduladores para las quimiocinas SDF-1 o I-TAC. Los compuestos y composiciones son utiles en el tratamiento del cancer, especialmente en la inhibicion de la proliferacion, desarrollo y metastasis del cancer. Tambien se describen metodos para interferir con SDF-1 y/o I-TAC que se enlazan al receptor CCXCKR2 y para tratar el cancer utilizando los compuestos y las composiciones farmaceuticas de la presente invencion.
