Abstract

En la presente se describen metodos para generar una serie de senales de ciguenal activas que se deriva de al menos dos series de senales, en donde una o ambas series de senales de han modulado para producir dos series de senales que se parecen una a la otra. Tambien, en la presente se describe un sistema de posicionamiento de eje ciguenal para determinar la posicion de giro de una eje ciguenal de una maquina que utiliza al menos dos sensores de angulo de ciguenal 10y 12. La informacion de la senal de los dos sensores de angulo de ciguenal 10 y 12 se procesa por medio de un procesador de senal 150, de tal manera que la serie de senales 220 del segundo sensor de angulo de ciguenal 12 emula la serie de senales (210) del primer procesador de angulo de ciguenal 10. El procesador de senal genera una serie de senales de ciguenal activas 230 en base a las dos series de senales 210, 220 La serie de senales de ciguenal activas 230 se envia a un procesador de control de maquina 120 el cual dirige la inyeccion e/o ignicion de combustible dentro de los cilindros de una maquina. De acuerdo al sistema ejemplificado en la presente, la serie de senales de ciguenal activas 230 enviada al procesador de control de maquina 120 no se altera a pesar de la falla de uno de los sensores de angulo de ciguenal. Estas y otras modalidades se describen.
