Abstract
Un sistema de antenas combinado utilizado tanto para vehiculos como para estructuras, mediante lo cual una antena satelital se coloca concentricamente alrededor de una antena de mastil convencional que puede utilizarse tanto para radio de FM convencional como tambien para la retransmision terrestre de las senales de radiodifusion satelital. El sistema de antenas combinado, en una implementacion vehicular, se configura para utilizar unicamente el orificio creado en el proceso de manufactura del vehiculo, evitando mediante esto la necesidad de perforar un segundo orificio para la antena satelital, lo cual aligera el deterioro del cuerpo del vehiculo. Adicionalmente, debido a que el sistema de antenas combinado puede colocarse de manera ventajosa, puede implementarse un cable de RF mas corto que se conecta a una caja receptora que de otra manera seria el caso para una antena satelital localizada sobre una ventana o el techo de un vehiculo. En una modalidad alternativa, la antena satelital puede instalarse sobre una antena terrestre ya sea fija o retractil, elevandose mediante esto la antena satelital hasta una elevacion mayor con respecto a cualquier obstaculo sobre el vehiculo o la estructura.
