Abstract
La invencion se relaciona a una herramienta de formacion para producir partes moldeadas de espuma en particula. Dicha herramienta de formacion comprende, al menos una parte de herramienta que consiste de un numero finito de capas, las cuales se encuentran paralelas entre si, al menos en segmentos, las capas individuales tienen contornos, de tal forma que una piola formada por la totalidad de las capas define la menos una parte de una cavidad de formacion, la cual se puede llenar con perlas de material de espuma expansible de un material termoplastico. La herramienta de formacion inventiva, tambien comprende un medio para suministrar y descargar medios de transferencia de calor liquidos y gaseoso. El objetivo de la invencion es producir partes moldeadas de espuma en particulas mas rapido y con una calidad de superficie mejorada y alcanzar un pegado uniforme de las particulas de espuma, y al mismo tiempo reducir la cantidad de energia requerida para producir las partes moldeadas. Para este proposito, las capas se ajustan, al menos en sus regiones que se encuentran adyacentes a la cavidad de formacion, en una distancia definida entre si, de tal forma, que formen canales, los cuales estan sellados externamente, pero abiertos por dentro de la parte de la herramienta, para la penetracion de medios de transferencia de calor liquidos y gaseosos.
