Description
前記ポーラス層成形工程において、前記貫通部内にポーラス層成形用発泡樹脂材料を供給して発泡させて点状に融着させ、
前記ポーラス層成形工程の後に、面融着層側から再度加熱して、前記貫通部内で点状に融着させたポーラス層成形用発泡樹脂材料を面融着させて面融着部を形成することが好ましい。
Claims (6)
- 少なくとも、面融着層成形用発泡樹脂材料を面状に融着させた面融着層と、ポーラス層成形用発泡樹脂材料を点状に融着させてポーラスを形成させたポーラス層とを有し、これらの層が一体に成形され、
前記面融着層の一部が、前記ポーラス層と一体に形成された前記ポーラス層成形用発泡樹脂材料が面融着した面融着部により形成されていることを特徴とする発泡樹脂多層成形ボード。 - 少なくとも、前記面融着層成形用発泡樹脂材料及びポーラス層成形用発泡樹脂材料のいずれかが、カーボンを含有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の発泡樹脂多層成形ボード。
- 前記発泡樹脂多層成形ボードの表面に、微細凹凸が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の発泡樹脂多層成形ボード。
- 前記ポーラス層が、通水性又は通気性を有することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の発泡樹脂多層成形ボード。
- 移動金型と固定金型を備える金型のキャビティ内に、面融着層成形用発泡樹脂材料を供給して発泡させて面状に融着させ、面融着層を成形する面融着層成形工程と、移動金型を固定金型から離れる方向にスライドさせることによって形成されたキャビティ内の空間、又は固定金型を移動金型から離れる方向にスライドさせることによって形成されたキャビティ内の空間に、ポーラス層成形用発泡樹脂材料を供給して発泡させて点状に融着させるポーラス層成形工程とを含むことを特徴とする発泡樹脂多層成形ボードの製造方法。
- 前記面融着層成形工程において、面融着層の一部に、表裏面に貫通する貫通部を設けるとともに、
前記ポーラス層成形工程において、前記貫通部内にポーラス層成形用発泡樹脂材料を供給して発泡させて点状に融着させ、
前記ポーラス層成形工程の後に、面融着層側から再度加熱して、前記貫通部内で点状に融着させたポーラス層成形用発泡樹脂材料を面融着させて面融着部を形成することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の発泡樹脂多層成形ボードの製造方法。
