Abstract
Un acabado de piso endurecible por radiacion aplicado al sitio de trabajo que contiene particulas inorganicas, muestra resistencia mejorada a rayones pero puede removerse utilizando agentes de desprendimiento. El acabado puede aplicarse a un material de plataforma de multiples piezas cuyas piezas tienen una superficie superior, una superficie lateral o superficies y espacios entre piezas. La superficie superior se reviste y al menos la porcion mas arriba de los espacios se llenan con un revestimiento o revestimientos de composicion de acabado endurecido que comprende polimero endurecido por radiacion y suficientes particulas de relleno inorganicas para impartir la resistencia a rayones incrementada al acabado endurecido. El acabado tambien puede aplicarse como un revestimiento permeable al agente de desprendimiento encima de un revestimiento intermedio desprendible encima de un substrato. El acabado proporciona una mejor apariencia y limpieza mas facil que lo que seria el caso si el material de plataforma se ha acabado en la fabrica y despues se ha instalado. En un piso acabado en la fabrica, puede haber pequenas diferencias en altura entre las tablas de piso adyacentes debido a que no es posible enarenar las tablas de piso despues de la instalacion sin remover tambien al menos algo del acabado aplicado en la fabrica.
