Abstract
"ACABAMENTO EXTRAìVEL RESISTENTE AO RISCO". Um acabamento de piso curável por radiação aplicado no local de uso contendo partículas inorgânicas apresenta uma resistência ao risco aperfeiçoada, mas pode ser removido usando agentes de extração. O acabamento pode ser aplicado a um material de assoalho multipeça, cujas peças têm uma superfície de topo, uma superfície ou superfícies laterais e vãos entre as peças. A superfície de topo é revestida e pelo menos a parte mais superior dos vãos é enchida com uma camada ou camadas de composição de acabamento curada, compreendendo polímero curado por radiação e partículas inorgânicas de carga suficientes para conferir maior resistência ao risco ao acabamento curado. O acabamento pode ser também aplicado como um revestimento permeável ao acabamento por cima de um revestimento intermediário extraível por cima de um substrato. O acabamento proporciona uma melhor aparência e uma capacidade de limpeza mais fácil do que seria o caso, se o material de assoalho tivesse sido acabado na fábrica e depois instalado. Em um piso acabado em fábrica, pode haver pequenas diferenças em altura entre os painéis de assoalho adjacentes, porque não é possível lixar os painéis de assoalho após a instalação, sem também remover pelo menos parte do acabamento aplicado na fábrica. Em um piso acabado em fábrica, pode haver também pequenas fissuras entre os painéis de assoalho adjacentes, que não são selados pelo acabamento aplicado na fábrica.
