Abstract

La invencion se refiere a un ensamble para cortar cordones formados por filamentos termoplasticos, y comprende una rueda portanavajas (1) y una rueda yunque (2) que giran en direccion inversa respecto a dos ejes paralelos (x1, x2), al menos medios (B) para accionar dichas ruedas y medios (6) para contactar un cordon con la rueda yunque (2). La invencion se caracteriza en que ademas comprende: medios (3) que oscilan el soporte de dichas ruedas (1, 2) de los que el eje (x3) es paralelo al eje de dichas ruedas y medios de accion (A) asociados; medios (C) para contactar dichas ruedas; medios (10) disenados en particular para pellizcar dicho cordon y medios de accion asociados para pasar el cordon entre la rueda portanavajas (1) y la rueda yunque (2) cuando dichas ruedas no estan en contacto. La invencion tambien incluye el metodo asociado.
