Abstract

Un montaje de boquilla para rociar asistida por aire, que tiene una particular utilidad en el rociado de fluidos refrigerantes en sistemas continuos de moldeo o vaciado metalico, que se adaptan para operacion con el consumo de aire substancialmente reducido. El cuerpo de la boquilla incluye una unidad de pre-atomizacion que tiene una entrada de aire presurizado con un tamano relativamente pequeno, un poste de choque del liquido con una cara de choque configurada de manera unica para mejorar el abatimiento del liquido y el intermezclado con una corriente de aire presurizado a partir de la entrada de aire, y una camara de expansion configurada para reducir las corrientes parasitas que se limitan la pre-atomizacion eficiente del liquido.
