Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a un proceso para la recuperacion de un acido organico a partir de un caldo de fermentacion, el cual comprende el secado del caldo de fermentacion para obtener un producto seco a un alcohol inferior en la presencia de un acido, y despues remover el material insoluble para obtener un acido organico. De conformidad con el proceso de recuperacion de la presente invencion, los acidos organicos de alta pureza pueden ser recuperados en rendimientos altos a partir de la solucion de fermentacion completa que contiene varias impurezas con unos cuantos pasos, comparado con los metodos convencionales.
