Abstract
La invencion se refiere a cepas productoras de L-lisina de bacterias coryneformes con el gen pyc(gen de carboxilasa de piruvirato) reforzado, en las cuales genes adicionales, seleccionados del grupo del gen dap(A) (gen de sintasa de dihidrodipicolinato), gen lysC (gen de quinasa de aspartato), gen lysE (gen de portador exportador de lisina), gen dapB (gen de reductasa de dihidrodipicolinato), especialmente sin embargo se refuerza, en especial se sobre-expresa el gen dapA y un procedimiento para la preparacion de L-lisina.
