Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a una mejora de una tarjeta de capacitiva de datos en la cual un fusible está construido en un circuito de la misma y un bit de datos está representado por un estado del fusible y a un lector de la tarjeta de datos capacitivos. Un objeto de la presente invencion es proporcionar una tarjeta de datos capacitivos que tiene alto valor de utilidad y alta confiabilidad y un lector de la misma. La tarjeta de datos capacitivos comprende un área de memoria capacitiva para almacenar bits relativos a los datos capacitivos de conformidad con un estado de resistencia de un fusible que está construido en un circuito de la tarjeta, es decir, se establece un estado para hacer fluir una corriente eléctrica a través del circuito cuando el fusible está intacto, y la resistencia del circuito se incrementa sustancialmente cuando el fusible se quema, y una área de memoria magnética para almacenar datos magnéticos.
