Abstract

Se describe un método para el moldeo de artículos huecos tales como bombillas para lámpara y de recipientes de empaque fabricados de una resina sintética, tales como tereftalato de polietileno y policarbonato, por medio del moldeo por soplado de estiramiento de una preforma obtenida mediante el molde por inyeccion. Un recipiente 17 para resina circular que tiene un diámetro externo deseado se forma en una seccion divisora entre un molde 11 de cavidad y un molde 12 de cuello alrededor de una cavidad 14 y se fija un orificio 15. Al comunicar el orificio 15 con un pasaje 18 de inyeccion provisto en la division, se permite así que la resina fundida se inyecta desde el recipiente 7 de resina a la cavidad 14. El artículo hueco se forma de tal manera como una bombilla 30 de lámpara que no tiene marca del orificio por medio del moldeo por soplado de estiramiento de la preforma 16 moldeada por inyeccion que no tiene marca del orificio sobre la superficie inferior externa.
