Claims (6)

  1. 합성수지로 된 박육용기를 성형하는 방법에 있어서, 상자형 또는 컵형태 등의 용기의 평면형상과 같은 형상을 갖는 공동의 주위벽 안에 예비형의 외측단을 성형하기 위한 측면홈이 마련되고 사출 성형위치에 배치된 상부 금형과 하부금형 사이에 끼워 넣어진 수평방향으로 분리가능한 분리금형을 사용하고 예비형의 외측단이 고정금형에 꼭 맞는 컵형태 또는 상자형 예비형으로 성형되고, 성형가능한 열이 남아 있는 동안 상부금형과 하부금형으로 부터 예비형을 분리하여 용기성형 위치로 고정금형과 함께 이동되고, 즉시 고정금형 상부의 중앙부재를 닫고 그 아래의 용기성형 금형을 닫고, 고정 금형과 중앙부재 또는 용기성형 금형에 의해 예비형의 주위를 고정하고, 그 후에 예비형을 블로우잉 성형 또는 진공성형하여 주둥이가 크고 얇은 벽을 갖는 용기를 성형하는 단계를 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 예비형으로 부터의 박육용기의 성형은 기계적 수단에 의해서 예비형의 축방향 스트레칭이 함께 가해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 고정금형안의 공동의 주위벽에 기밀을 유지하여 맞추어진 중앙부재의 단의 주위에 형성된 어께의 주위면을 예비형의 내면에 대하여 눌러서 상기 고정금형과 중앙부재에 의해서 평평한 예비형의 주위를 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 고정금형안의 공동의 주위벽에 기밀을 유지하여 맞추어진 금형의 개구단의 외부에 마련된 어께의 위로 향한 측면벽을 예비형의 내면에 대하여 눌러서 상기 고정금형과 용기 성형금형에 의해 평평한 예비형의 주위를 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 고정금형이 내측에 마련된 측면홈 아래의 어께의 측벽에 관계하여 닫힌 금형의 개구단과 상기 고정금형의 어께에 의하여 상기 고정금형과 용기 성형금형에 의한 판형태의 예비형의 주위가 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 예비형이 복층으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
