Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the titled piece of a primary molded item for biaxial orientation blow molding that will provide a bottle container having properties of different resins, by injecting a polyethylene terephthalate into an outer wall piece made of a resin other than the former by a special method to form an inner wall piece. CONSTITUTION:The cylindrical outer wall piece 5 made of a synthetic resin other than polyethylene terephthalate resins (PET) and having a bottom with a through-hole in the bottom is associated with a cavity 10, and a mold apparatus 9 of a core base 13 and a core 12 is clamped thereto. As part of a mold, the core base 13 and the outer wall piece 5 form a molding space for the inner wall piece, and the PTE resin is injected into the molding space via a gate 11 in communication with the through-hole 8 in the outer wall piece 5 to mold the inner wall piece 2 to obtain the intended piece 1. It is preferred that the inner wall piece 2 is provided with a circumferential flange 4 and a thread 3 for engegement with a cap.
