Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a las proteínas derivadas del producto del gen supresor de tumores p53, que posee funciones mejoradas en vista de una utilizacion terapéutica. Se refiere ventajosamente a las proteínas que poseen funciones de supresion de tumores e induccion de muerte celular programada mejoradas, más particularmente en el contexto patologico de proliferacion en los cuales la proteína p53 de tipo silvestre es inactiva. Se refiere igualmente a los ácidos nucleico que codifican para esas moléculas, los vectores que las contienen y su utilizaciones terapéuticas, entre otras en terapia génica.
