Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a un portador de prueba de diagnostico (1) que contiene una capa de soporte (2) con una capa de deteccion (3) arreglada en la misma que contiene los reactivos requeridos para determinar el analito en una muestra de líquido y una red (4) que cubre la capa de deteccion (3) la cual es más grande que la capa de deteccion (3) y la cual está fijada o unida a la capa de soporte (2), el cual está caracterizado porque la red (4) es hidrofílica pero no activa capilarmente por sí misma y una cubierta inerte (5) hecha de material impermeable para muestras está arreglado sobre las áreas (6) de la red que se extiende más allá de la capa de deteccion de manera que un sitio o lugar de aplicacion de la muestra (7) permanece libre en la region de red (4) que cubre la capa de deteccion así como también el uso de un portador de prueba para la determinacion de analito en un líquido. Además la invencion se refiere a un método para la determinacion de un analito en una muestra de líquido con la ayuda de un portador de prueba de conformidad con la invencion.
