Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a un método para preparar un confite a partir de un agente de volumen con azucar que comprende, en la direccion hacia abajo de la banda de transporte, la secuencia continua de los pasos de (a) introducir el agente de volumen en el barril de un expulsor de tornillo gemelo equipado con multiples zonas de calor; b) mezclar por extrusion el agente de volumen en una primera serie de zonas de calor para derretir el agente de volumen, en donde la primera serie de zonas de calor está configurada para incluir un tiempo mínimo para derretir el agente de volumen; c) mezclar por extrusion el agente de volumen derretido de la primer serie de zonas de calor a un orificio, en donde el orificio está configurado para incluir un tiempo mínimo para derretir el agente de volumen; d) mezclar por extrusion el agente de volumen derretido del orificio a una zona de calor que tiene una válvula de control de presion, en donde la válvula de control de presion está configurada para incluir un tiempo mínimo para derretir el agente de volumen; e) mezclar por extrusion el agente de volumen derretido de la zona de calor que tiene la válvula de control de presion a una zona de calor que tiene un puerto de ventilacion, en donde el puerto de ventilacion está configurado para incluir un tiempo de evaporacion mínimo para reducir el contenido de humedad del confite a menos de aproximadamente 2%, y D mezclar por extrusion el agente de volumen derretido de la zona de calor que tiene el puerto de ventilacion a la salida del expulsor para formar un confite vítreo. Esta invencion también se refiere a confites preparados mediante el método inventivo.
