Abstract

Procedimiento para la obtencion de pentaeritritol, que comprende: reaccion entre formaldehído, acetaldehído e hidroxido sodico y acidificacion con ácido formico; estas etapas tienen lugar en un reactor, mediante aportaciones de formaldehído, hidroxido sodico, acetaldehído y ácido formico y al finalizar, la solucion formada se vacía en un deposito pulmon de mayor capacidad que el reactor; en éste, por medio de nuevas aportaciones se reinician sucesivamente nuevas reacciones y acidificaciones. En primer lugar se aporta formaldehído en solucion y posterior y simultáneamente pero por separado, se efectuan aportaciones de hidroxido sodico en solucion y de acetaldehído, formando una mezcla de reaccion; es constante y continuo el flujo de salida del deposito pulmon.
