Abstract
Se describe un procedimiento de preparacion de los 7-hidroxi-taxanos de la formula general (I) a partir de los 7-trialquilsilil-taxanos de la formula general (II). En las formulas (I) y (II), - R1 representa hidrogeno, alcoxi, aciloxi o alcoxiacetoxi y - Z representa un átomo de hidrogeno o un radical de la formula general (III) en la cual R2 representa un radical benzoilo eventualmente substituido, o un radical R'2-O-CO- en el cual R'2 representa un radical alquilo, alquenilo, alquinilo, cicloalquilo, cicloalquenilo, bicicloalquilo, fenilo eventualmente substituido o heterociclilo, - Re representa un radical alquilo, alquenilo, alquinilo, cicloalquilo, fenilo, naftilo o heterociclilo aromático, y - o bien R4 representa un átomo de hidrogeno y R5 representa un grupo protector del grupo funcional hidroxilo. o bien R4 y R5 forman conjuntamente un heterociclo saturado de 5 o 6 miembros. En la formula general (II), los símbolos R, idénticos o diferentes representan cada uno un radical alquilo eventualmente substituido por un radical fenilo.
