Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a una composicion alimenticia del tipo que contiene una galleta o una cubierta de chocolate y un relleno basado en producto lácteo, fermentado o similar, caracterizada porque si el relleno está fermentado, contiene bacterias vivas de ácido láctico y tiene una actividad de agua (Aw) de entre 0.75 y 0.81, y caracterizada porque el contenido de grasa el relleno es tal que hace posible obtener una emulsion del tipo agua en aceite.
