Abstract

Se propone una unidad de bisagra y fijador para puertas desquiciables de vehículos motorizados, que consta de una bisagra cuyas dos hojas de bisagra están unidas una con otra de forma inseparable por medio de un pasador de bisagra, y una de sus hojas de bisagra formada mediante una pieza plegada de chapa se puede fijar de forma desmontable a la columna de la puerta mediante una prolongacion del soporte que aloja al pasador de bisagra y al menos un tornillo, y de un fijador de puerta por barra de torsion con un muelle de barra de torsion en forma de C o de S fijado y apoyado en la otra hoja de bisagra, el cual tiene asociado un dispositivo de enclavamiento que consta de salientes y cavidades dispuestas sucesivamente, conformado en la hoja de bisagra formada por la parte plegada de chapa, la cual está caracterizada porque la hoja de bisagra formada por una pieza plegada de chapa tiene una figura esencialmente en forma de U, estando asociados a un ala de la forma de U los cuerpos de retencion y de sujecion asociados a las concavidades del dispositivo de enclavamiento, para el brazo de carga del muelle de barra de torsion del fijador de la puerta, y estando configurada, contigua a acodamientos dirigidos uno a otro de ambas alas de la forma de U, una mitad de un apoyo positivo, dirigido radialmente con respecto al eje de la bisagra, contra el apoyo del soporte.
