Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con un sistema de generación de vaporde lecho fluidizado y un método en el cual los gases de la combustiónreciclados son utilizados para ayudar en el paso del material particuladosólido desde el separador, a través del cierre de bucle, y regresar haciael interior del horno. El material particulado sólido, separado en elseparador ciclónico regresado al horno, es ayudado por los gases de lacombustión reciclados que han pasado a través de la sección derecuperación de calor, en el calentador de aire, y una casa o cámara debolsas. El uso de los gases de combustión reciclados disminuye elcontenido de oxígeno, el cual puede causar la oxidación o calcinación delmaterial particulado sólido, la cual resulta en el sobrecalentamiento oaglomeración del cierre de bucle.
