Abstract
Se describe un método para la producción de negro de carbono e hidrógeno por medio de piròlisis de hidrocarburos con un soplete de plasma (3) en una cámara de reacción la presión en la cámara de reacción (1), la velocidad de alimentación para el gas de plasma de hidrógeno e hidrocarburos y el ángulo de las boquillas de inyección (2) en la cámara de reacción (1) se ajustan, con el fin de establecer una zona de reacción (5) en el área central de la cámara, con una locación la cual determina la entalpía de reacción para la descomposición de los hidrocarburos en hidrógeno y negro de carbono, con el fin de obtener una calidad deseada para la parte de carbono. El valor de entalpía se ajusta en un rango entre 1 y 50 Kw/Nm3/h y la temperatura en la zona de reacción se mantiene entre 1000ºC y 4000ºC.
