Abstract

Se describe un reactor de lecho fluidizado, y el sistema y el método para utilizar el mismo, para la combustión de sustancias combustibles de desecho, en el cual el recipiente del reactor está dividido en tres recipientes. La sustancia combustible de desecho se introduce en el lecho fluidizado, dentro de un recipiente, donde se mezcla con el material de complemento del lecho, que se controla para proporcionar un medio ambiente ideal para la generación de gases pirolíticos. El material del lecho fluidizado se transporta en forma neumática y gravitacional hacia abajo, y se inyecta en un lecho fluidizado dentro del segundo recipiente, donde el material orgánico no volátil, se somete a la combustión en una atmósfera oxidante. El material del lecho en el segundo recipiente se transporta en forma neumática hacia arriba y se divide en dos porciones, una de las cuales se recircula nuevamente al primer recipiente. La otra porción del material del lecho en el segundo recipiente, se circula a un lecho fluidizado, dentro del tercer recipiente, donde se recupera el calor. El material del lecho en el recipiente de recuperación de calor se transporta en forma gravitacional nuevamente al segundo recipiente, para regular la temperatura en este último recipiente.
