가연재의 소각방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 따른 방법을 실시하는 소각장치의 블록선도.
제2도는 제1도와 동일하면서, (2) 유닛에서 소각하는 소각장치의 블록선도.
제3도는 제2도와 동일하면서 입자분리기가 삽입된 소각장치의 블록선도.
제4도는 제3도와 유사하면서, 연소가스의 일부가 가스화유닛으로 재순환되는 소각장치의 블록선도.

Claims (19)

  1. 병독성 질소 함유 가스는 물론 디옥신 및 푸란을 감소시키기 위한 가연재 소각 방법으로서, 가연재 소각에 과잉의 산소를 함유하는 공기를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소각방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 연소실이나 소각챔버에 공급되는 농축공기에 함유된 산소의 양이 대기중의 정상적 산소함량(23.19%)과는 달리 약 30내지 35%인 것을 특징으는 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 및 제2항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 가연재 소각에 사용되는 공기에 함유된 산소의 양이 소각중 최소한 1200℃의 온도에 도달하기에 충분한 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 및 제2항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 비교적 낮은 온도에서 가연재를 열분해하는(1)단계와 산소 농축된 공기에 의한 방법으로 되는 고온에서(1)단계에서 생성된 가스를 소각하는(2)단계의 2단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 가연제가 약 600℃내지 850℃의 온도에서 첫 번째로 열분해되고 다음에 (1)단계에서 생성된 가스를 산소농축된 공기의 방법으로 약 1200℃의 고온에서 소각하는 방법.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 뜨거운 연도가스의 일부분이 소각되기전에 (1)단계로 재순환 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 연도가스의 일부분이 산소농축된 공기의 방법으로 소각후에(1) 단계로 재순환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 연도가스의 일부분이 전술한 가스에 함유된 고체입자의 분리후(1)단계에 재순환 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 가연재가 석탄, 갈탄, 토탄, 나무-조각, 고체폐기물, 폐물수거연료나 이들의 혼합물에서 선택된 고체연료인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 가연체를 소각하는 장치로서, 최소한 하나의 연소실 및 전술한 연소실에 산소 농축공기를 공급하는 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 장치.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 예로서 가연재를 제1연소실과 전술한 장치에 공급되는 산소 농축공기에 의해서 제1연소실에서 생성된 가스를 소각하는 제2연소실로 된 2개의 연소실을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 열분해챔버에서 약 600-850℃의 온도를 위한 장치가 제공되어 소각챔버에서 최소한 1200℃의 온도를 유지하기 위한 장치가 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  13. 제10항 내지 제12항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 열분해 챔버에 소각챔버에서 생성된 가스의 일부분을 제순환시키는 장치가 제공된 것을 특지으로 하는 장치.
  14. 제10항에 있어서, 가연체가 연소실 속에서 기포 유동상이나 순환유동상과 같은 유동상에서 연소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  15. 제10항에 있어서, 연소실 뒤에 고체입자 분리기가 제공되어 있으며, 산소농축 공기가 연소실에 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  16. 제11항에 있어서, 열분해챔버와 연소실사이에 고체입자 분리기가 삽입되고, 산소농축공기를 연소실에 공급하는 것의 특징으로 하는 장치.
  17. 제10항에 있어서, 열분해 및/또는 소각시에 발생되는 열을 회수하는 열교환기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  18. 제10항에 있어서, 연도가스를 매기로 방출하기 전에 처리하기 위한 스크러버를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  19. 제10항에 있어서, 연도가스를 대기로 방출하기 전에 제가열하는 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
