Claims (5)

  1. 낮은 B.T.U.와 높은 수분함량을 갖는 연료를 연소시키는 방법에 있어서, 상기 연료는 회화로내로 투입되어 건조된 후 열분해되고 그 내부에서 소각되어 회수성 열을 발생시키며, 산소 농도 효과에 의해 상기 연료의 반응율을 증가시키며 상기 연료의 반응율 및 건조율을 증가시키기 위해 연소온도를 증가시키기에 충분한 양의 산소로 상기 공정 생성물을 소각시키기 위한 농축 공기공정을 포함하며, 연소온도가 증가됨으로써 상기 연료의 연소율이 증가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 연료 연소 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공정공기는 이차 공기이며 공정 생성물은 상기 연료로 부터 발생된 열분해 생성물인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공정공기는 일차 공기이며 공정 생성물은 상기 연료로 부터 형성된 탄소 잔여분을 포함하는 방법.
  4. 낮은 B.T.U., 높은 수분함량의 연료를 연소시키기 위한 장치에 있어서, 이는 상기 연료 하부에서 상기 연료를 향해 접선방향으로 선정된 최소한 한것으로 일차공기를 도입시키기 위한 불받이(grate) 장비를 포함하며, 이 불받이 상에서 상기 연료를 연소시키며, 이 불받이상의 상기 연료에서 발생된 기체상 열분해 생성물을 연소시키기 위해 상기 불받이 상부에 이차공기를 도입하기 위한 장비를 포함하며, 상기 일차 공기에 첨가 산소의 일차 공급원을 제공하기 위한 장비 및 첨가 산소의 이차 공급원을 제공하며 이 이차 산소 공급원을 불받이와 상기 이차 공기의 도입지점 사이에서 상기 회화로내로 도입시키기 위한 장비를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 스팀을 제조하며 연료 소각 베드를 포함하는 회화로내의 연소를 조절하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 상기 연료 소각 베드의 장기간 광도를 측정하며 ; 상기 연료 소각 베드의 단기간 광도를 측정하며 ; 상기 장기광도 및 상기 단기광도 사이의 차이를 결정하며 ; 상기 베드 또는 하부에서 일차 공기내의 산소 존재를 허용하며 ; 또는 연료의 연소율을 안정화시키거나 연료의 연소율을 증가시키기 위해 베드상부에 산소 존재를 허용하는 것을 특징으로 하며 ; 상기 차이에 근거하여 상기 회화로내로 허용되는 산소의 양을 조절하는 단계로 구성된 연소 조절방법.
