Abstract

Se prevee un método para mejorar el rendimiento de las proteínas heterólogas sCD4 y los derivados de sCD4, producidas por Streptomyces lividans recombinante, mediante la adición de casaminoácidos al medio nutriente en el que se cultivan las bacterias. También esta provisto por está invensión un método para mejorar la media vida de proteínas heterólogas en un sobrenadante de cultivo libre de células, mediante la adición de casaminoácidos al sobrenadante. Se proveen medios complejos.
