Abstract

Una lámina de acero galvanizada por inmersión en caliente de alta resistencia contiene cantidades predeterminadas de C, Si, Mn, P, S, N, O, Al sol., Ti y B, 0.1 a 1.5% en masa de Cr + 2 × Mo, y un resto en forma de Fe e impurezas inevitables. Una estructura de acero incluye, en % de área, ferrita: 1 a 50%, martensita: 20 a 70%, austenita residual: 0 a 5%, perlita: 0 a 5%, MA y cementita que tiene un tamaño de grano de 0.2 µm o más: 0 al 5% en total, y un resto en forma de bainita. Una densidad numérica de MA o cementita que tiene un tamaño de grano de 0.2 µm o más y está aislada en granos de ferrita o bainita es de 100 pcs/1000 µm2 o menos, y una dureza promedio de martensita está en un intervalo de 330 a 500 Hv.
