Abstract

La invención se refiere a una hoja de acero laminada en caliente y tratada térmicamente con una composición que comprende, en porcentaje en peso C 0.12 % a 0.25 % Mn 3.0 % a 8.0 %, Si 0.70 % a 1.50 %, Al 0.3 % a 1.2 %, B 0.0002 % a 0.004 %, S = 0.010 %, P = 0.020 % N = 0.008 %, el resto de la composición es hierro e impurezas inevitables resultantes a partir de la fundición, y que tiene una microestructura que consiste en, en fracción superficial: entre 5 % y 45 % de ferrita, entre 25 % y 85 % de martensita particionada, la martensita particionada tiene una densidad de carburos inferior a 2x106/mm2, entre 10 % y 30 % de austenita retenida, menos de 8 % de martensita fresca, una parte de la martensita fresca se combina con austenita retenida en forma de islas de martensita-austenita en fracción superficial total inferior a 10 %, y un índice de aplanado inferior a 5.
