Una hoja de acero laminada en frío y tratada térmicamente que tiene una composición de los siguientes elementos 0.13 % = carbono = 0.18 %, 1.1 % = manganeso = 1.8 %, 0.5 % = silicio = 0.9 %, 0.6 % = aluminio = 1 %, 0.002 % = fosforo = 0.02 %, 0 % = azufre = 0.003 %, 0 % = nitrógeno = 0.007 % y puede contener uno o más de los siguientes elementos opcionales 0.05 % = c romo = 1 %, 0.001 % = molibdeno = 0. 5 %, 0.001 % = niobio = 0.1 %, 0.001 % = titanio = 0.1 %, 0.01 % = cobe = 2 %, 0.01 % = níquel = 3 %, 0.0001 % = calcio = 0.005 %, 0 % = vanadio = 0.1 %, 0 % = boro = 0.003 %, 0 % = cerio = 0.1 %, 0 % = magnesio ? 0.010 %, 0 % = zirconio ? 0.010 %, el resto de la composición está compuesta por hierro e impurezas inevitables causadas por el procesamiento, la microestructura de dicha hoja de acero que comprende en fracción de área, 60 a 75 % de ferrita, 20 a 30 % de bainita, 10 a 15 % de austenita residual y 0 a 5 % de martensita, en donde las cantidades acumuladas de austenita residual y ferrita están entre 70 y 80 %.
